The short version
- Dream Thinkers Club is made for kids to use with a grown-up. The AI guide and artwork only turn on with a parent's PIN.
- Your child's projects, chats and creations are saved only on your device, not on our servers. Their name is never sent to the AI.
- We don't sell your or your child's information, and we don't show ads.
- You can download what we keep about you, or delete your account and everything with it, at any time.
Who runs Dream Thinkers Club
Dream Thinkers Club is run by Friends Forever Studios LLC. Email [email protected] with any question about your child's information, or use the contact form.
What we collect from parents
- Your email address, to sign you in with a code.
- Your consent record: which version of the parent notice you agreed to and when, and that a card check was completed.
- Your plan and billing status from Stripe. Stripe keeps your card details; we never see them.
- How much AI your account used each month, so we can enforce your plan's limit.
What we collect from children, and how it's used
- Your child's first name stays on your device and is never sent to us or to the AI.
- When a grown-up turns the AI on with the PIN, what your child types into a project is sent to Anthropic (Claude) to write the guide's replies, and a short scene description is sent to Google (Gemini) to draw pictures. These companies process it for us under their API terms.
- Messages that look like personal information (an address, phone number, email or password) are blocked before anything is sent.
- Projects, chats and creations are saved only on your device. our servers don't store them.
This website
- If you join the waitlist or send us a message, the form sends what you typed (your email, and your name and message if you add them) to us through Web3Forms. We use it only to reply to you or to tell you when Dream Thinkers Club launches.
- This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies, and doesn't track you across other sites.
- Fonts load from Google Fonts and icons from jsDelivr, which receive your device's IP address the way any web request does.
- To be removed from the waitlist, email [email protected] or use the contact form.
Who we share information with
- Anthropic and Google, only to generate replies and pictures as described above.
- Stripe, for billing and the card check; Resend, to send sign-in codes and notices; Web3Forms, to deliver website forms; Cloudflare, which hosts Dream Thinkers Club and this website.
- We don't sell information, show ads, or share it for any other purpose.
Your rights as a parent
- Review: download everything our servers keep about your account from the grown-up corner.
- Delete: delete your account from the grown-up corner. This cancels your plan and removes everything on our servers. Erasing Dream Thinkers Club on the device removes your child's projects.
- Withdraw consent: turn the AI off, cancel your plan, or delete your account at any time. Dream Thinkers Club keeps working with built-in ideas.
How long we keep information
Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes. Usage records are kept for up to 13 months for billing. Waitlist emails are deleted after launch unless you sign up. Everything else is kept until you delete your account.
Keeping it safe
Sign-in codes, sessions and PINs are stored only as one-way hashes. Each account has a monthly AI limit, and the platform has a daily one.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle children's information, we'll ask parents to agree again before the AI turns back on.
